We purchased a new desk top computer and it was delivered Friday. The weekend was spent setting it up and moving files and re-installing programs.
The printer is in the cabinet, and all the hookups are under the corner unit.
It was time consuming but everything was going pretty well. Some things are so old that we had to buy new plug adapters to use them but it all worked.
All except my laptop. We can’t get the router to work for the laptop. Today Cute Boy has to work on a presentation and a paper for his job and he needed the computer. So he has rigged it up so I have a cable to give me Internet access on the laptop but I have to sit in the chair right next to him. The room is 10 X 11 feet. When the project is finished Cute Boy will work on the router problem but for now I’m limited in my access to a very short cord! It was actually kind of cozy with both of us together, but I couldn’t talk much. He was working!
