Today was an absolutely beautiful day. So nice that I opened the windows.
Because it is the last Friday of the month, the day began at 6:30 A. M. when I met my friends for coffee.

Then when the mail arrived I found a little gift from “an angel” at my church.
Then my friend Sandy called and we met for lunch where we shared a sandwich. It was so good to get out of the house on such a beautiful day!
We had a grilled chicken breast on herbed foccacia bread and it tasted so good.
This is the next good thing about today. I bought three of these! Do you know about these? It is going to rain again Sunday and I will be ready. The rain gutter down spouts on the outside walls of our bedroom have been very noisy! These little magnetized sponges hopefully will do the trick. If not I’m sticking a sock in them!
Tomorrow morning I’m looking forward to a breakfast for three birthday girls!
